The
complete academic program is of a duration of 5 years, part-time.
Following this five year period, students have 2 years to present their thesis to an international jury before obtaining their D.O. (Q) (Diploma of Osteopathy), or D.O. (M.P.) (Diploma in Osteopathy Manual Practice).
To assist students with writing and presenting their thesis, research methodology courses are included in the program beginning in the fourth year.
In addition, optional courses are offered on a regular basis to further own clinical skills.

Each academic year includes:
Six (6) courses spanning four (4) days and five (5) clinical days.
If under extenuating circumstances a student cannot attend a course, it is possible to take the course within another College recognized by the Association in Halifax, Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Germany or Switzerland. This unique option meets the particular needs of many students.
