First, you may use your student number or the e-mail address you have provided to the school as your username. Both work.
Enter your stident number again as a password, then hit connect. *
Once this is done, DO NOT navigate anywhere else until you spot the ''modify'' button. It is situated just above your account ''History''
When in the ''modify'' section, you may change your password or the e-mail address the account is registered under.
Please do not forget to save the changes made to your account for them to take effect.
*The usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
*For students NOT OF THE MONTREAL CAMPUS, please make sure you add the letter that comes to the front of your student number. The letter is case sensitive.
Example: Vancouver student ID: ''V000000''
Halifax student ID: ''H000000''
Quebec Student ID: ''Q0000000''
