Welcome to the Collège
We are happy to share with you our 30 years of experience, the quality of our teachers, assistants and clinical supervisors. Our training is one of best in the world. Our programs essentially respect the quality standards as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) benchmarks and World Osteopathic Health Organization (WOHO) and ensure that you are in the best osteopathic school in Quebec.
The CEO offers numerous possibilities to study under the best conditions in a permanent location, with administrative personnel always available to you and personalized attention to guarantee your success. You can take advantage of the external clinic which has 30 treatment rooms, the largest ostheopatic documentation center in Canada, the bookstore and the video library.

Admissions criteria:
In order to obtain the title of D.O. (Qc) two study options are available at the CEO;
-The Full Time Program in Osteopathy.
-The Study Program in Osteopathy
There are two parts in both programs.
Please note that the Montreal programs are given exclusively in French.
-The Full Time program in Osteopathy
- Candidates with College and University degrees:
Holders of a College degree (DEC) are directly admissible.
*If numbers exceed quotas the admissions committee reserves the right to give priority to candidates who hold a diploma in pure and applied sciences, health sciences or who have a university degree in health science.
- Mature candidate:
Candidates 21 years and over, who do not have the above requirements can submit an application containing documents demonstrating their potential for success in the program.
Mature candidates whose files are retained must submit to a compulsory interview.
The purpose of the interview is to evaluate the personal, professional and academic aptitudes of the candidate.
Students having succeeded in the first undergraduate program will receive a certificate of completion from the CEO.
-The Study Program in Osteopathy
Candidates must meet the following criteria;
§ Holders of a university degree in medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, chiropractor, veterinary medicine, midwife are directly admitted to the program.
§ Also holders of a DEC degree in physical rehabilitation, nursing and acupuncture as well as other diplomas related to the health sciences are admissible under the condition that they follow a pre-admission program in health science offered by the College.
*Given the background certain students will be called upon to follow embryology, pathology, neurology, biomechanics and functional anatomy courses in order to obtain the basic level of knowledge required to enter the program.
300 hours must be completed before beginning the first year of the study program.
Students having succeeded in the undergraduate program will receive a certificate of completion from the CEO.
